1. Use of Website

2. Coaching Services

We offer 1:1 coaching, group programs, and speaking engagements designed to support personal and professional growth. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. It is a partnership focused on future-forward progress, not clinical care.

3. Booking & Payment

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and paid prior to the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
All sales are subject to our Refund Policy (insert live link).
For speaking engagements, a deposit is required to secure the date and is non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. No-shows will not be refunded.

5. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing any agreed-upon action steps, and engaging honestly. Results may vary based on effort, consistency, and participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during coaching or posted on the website are the intellectual property of Chavez Coaching Strategies. They are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or sold without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to supporting your growth, Chavez Coaching Strategies is not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or results arising from coaching sessions or use of our website. All coaching is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
