
Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 17, 2025
At Chavez Coaching Strategies, our mission is to deliver high-impact coaching experiences rooted in clarity, confidence, and transformation. We commit to showing up fully for our clients—and we ask the same in return.
Because coaching is a co-created experience and results depend on your participation, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Coaching Services (1:1 and Group)
All coaching purchases are non-refundable once sessions have begun. If you need to reschedule a session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you are dissatisfied with the experience after your first session, please contact us directly within 48 hours. In certain cases, a partial refund or session credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Packages or Programs Paid in Full
No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed packages. However, unused sessions may be credited or rescheduled if communicated in advance and used within the program’s agreed-upon timeline.
3. Speaking Engagements
A 50% deposit is required to secure a speaking engagement date and is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will be charged in full. We’re happy to reschedule when possible.
4. No-Show Policy
Clients who miss a scheduled session without prior communication will forfeit that session. We understand emergencies happen, and we’re happy to work with you when they do—just reach out.
